South Everson Lumber Company Inc. (SELCO) is a state-of-the-art re-manufacturing center strategically located just south of the Canadian border in Everson, Washington.
Due to changing market demands, Terminal shifted away from commodity and mill-run products to more highly valued finished products. We purchased SELCO in 1991 for its location and its potential to convert our commodity products into various specialty product lines.
Since then, we have made a substantial investment in rebuilding, improving and modernizing this facility. We have installed an eight head planer molder, finger joint/edge-glue lines, edgers, modernized the fencing line, added five double capacity kilns, a new planer, two resaws for finished products, and much more. It is the re-manufacturing center for most of Terminal's products. Close to four hundred highly valued finished products are produced at this updated, efficient, state-of-the-art facility, including specialty clear finishes and a full range of finger-joined products.
